We were recommended this place by our hotel and I’m so glad they did. The food and service was fantastic- Victor was our server but all staff were friendly and accommodating. We liked this place so much, we went 2 nights in a row so my husband could try the pork ribs. Highly recommend Blue Kanu if you are in QTN!

We went for dinner without reservation and they made room for us next to the bar. A really great menu and cocktails.The service was excellent, Andre was very helpful giving us recommendations. Everything was delicious. We should also mention the dessert cocktail, it was perfect to finish off. Restaurant 100% recommendable.

10 out of 10. The food was delicious, but what we especially want to highlight is the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The Czech waiter gave us excellent recommendations and explained the menu very clearly — his service was also a perfect 10. And a special mention goes to Andre, the bartender. We tried three of his cocktails, and each one was even better than the last. Truly outstanding service, food, and drinks.

We chose the 4 course set menu for $89 per person. The restaurant has beautiful decor and the staff were friendly and attentive. The fusion dishes were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

Happy to have finally tried Blue Kanu! Restaurant was booked but was able to sit at the bar which was perfect when dining solo. Wasn't that hungry so only tried 2 entrees the raw fish and the rendang bao buns. Both different and yum! Had to wash it down with a Singapore sling not my fave cocktail but was ok. Great ambience and a bit noisy as it was pretty full. Friendly bar staff that helped explain the menu and make some suggestions.
